hey momof3....I'll share some of mine with you! It's basically my day off from daycare. I have a gal that works for me 2 1/2 days a week and she's here all day today.
I have to find more paint for my daycare room. I messed up the sky color and I can't match it so I have to repaint the whole top of the room....I'll leave the ceiling the way it is though. That was hard on my neck...
Breakfast is ready to serve at 8, I cooked lunch last night and made a strawberry cake for snack.
I am waiting on one more kid. All my one a day chores are almost done and it's a beautifully warm morning. ↑ |

I make breakfast at 7am, lunch is always sanwiches, and snacks are hard, everytime I make something homemade the older boy won't eat it. He is my problem one. He is very disrespectful, and he is very, very loud all the time. If you tell him to do something he talks back, he wants to run the show.
Yesterday after he went to school I let the 3 year old and my 3 year old straw paint and they loved it. But I can't do things like that with him because he gets an additude about everything. ↑ |

do you mind if I ask what you charge? I charge $25 for a regular day. I have no half day rates....the minute they cross my threshold it's $25 even if I send them home an hour later sick. I did reduce my rate for a single mom by $2 because her little guy gets her at 8 and he's already had breakfast. I thought that was worth something...
I have one family that I charge $80 per day because I have her kids from 6:00 until 7:30pm...there are two of them. ↑ |

when I did day care my rates were as followed....
$25.00 a day per child - up to 8 and a half hours
$ 5.00 a day transportation
$ 5.00 a half hour late fee
$5.00 per hour per child for less than 4 hours
$ 5.00 discount for each additional child
my rates included snacks and meals. ↑ |

Moring gals. Just catching up in here. No school today. Snow. Between holidays, power outages, storms they have lost a fair bit of time in the last couple of months.
Lets see.......today, well Noah should be going to speech thearopy. But I am going to have to cancel that. Regardless the direction I take to get out of here. I have a hill to go down. There is one that might be ok....but I dont like traveling around the busy highway with my kids in the car to go anywhere. I take it real easy......but its every other nuts on the road. Around here too, so many people dont bother with all season or winter tires. I dont want them to be anywhere near my kids. So nope staying put and well ya know. Paintingss. ↑ |
