Does anone have any ideas on getting my cholesterol to come down I've been having alot of problems lately so I went to the dr on Mon they said my cholesterol was high and my sugar was low. And I have to do a holter monitor in the next week. We don't really eat anything fried we eat turkey, pork roast and no red meats except maybe once or twice a month. Any help would be appreciated.

Quaker oatmeal. The kind you actually have to cook for a bit on the stove. Not the quick oats. Its a proven fact that it reduces cholesterol...they were even permitted to write that on the packaging. You need to have it every day...just one serving...but the difference after a month is astonishing. Good luck............
