Actually anyone who knows please Help!

I have a question about my computer.....a friend of my hubbys emailed us some things I don't want the kids to get a hold of. (Heck I wish I wouldn't have seen them) but anyway....I deleted the emails and all, but I had to open them in the Windows media player for the hubby to see them. Now I can't delete them from the media player. The videos aren't in the library, just under the FILE at the top. I can open them from there and delete them, but then when I go to file again it's back. It says under FILE....c:/documents settings (then the video). I went into documents and can't find them to delete.....I know your from Australia so maybe you have completely different programs, but I thought I would ask. Thanks a lot, and hope you don't mind.

if you know the file name of the clip, go to
start
search
picture,music, video option
type the name of the file
and your pc will find any files with that video clip

delete and empty recycle bin

now as for the file at the top, nothing you can do to delete it other then
A- flood media player with other files - open more new ones, to erase and take the name space of the other file
B- deleete and reinstall media player
