First of all, you're very young to be a mother so it's entirely understandable that you feel so overwhelmed. Even first time mothers in their 30s feel unsure. I hope you have a network of support around you eg your family?

The fact that you are crying all the time is a sign that you MIGHT have Post Natal Depression which is quite common in new mothers, and it will pass in time, but I'd advice that you speak with your community midwife, health visitor, doctor and especially your family or friends about your worries.

In time, you will learn to cope with Jamie and he will become a part of your routine as much as you are a major part of his.

BTW congratulations. :)
