I was really young and worked in a restaurant. The manager would throw HUGE HISSY FITS. He would be in the back, and I was alone up front. He would start screaming and cussing, then fly up where I was and he would knock everything off the counters. I mean a billion cups, and napkins and boxes. I would stand there leaning against the wall watching him.
Then when he was done he would just walk back through to his office.
I am standing there looking at all that crap! I would go back to his office and say you better come clean up your mess!
Then he complained because after I traded a few duties after I became pregnant.
He did more than this, but I making this short.
And the last straw, I was pulling out of the parking lot, and he ran out of the restaurant and body slammed my dang car.
I got out of the car ready to smash his head in. You blankety blank, blank, blank! I quit. ↑ |

I had a female boss that made all the teachers cry in her office. They all came out bawling. Every one of them!

I HAD a Bitch of a Boss called Rosemary, ewww I hated her,
I was 18 & worked Part time in a busy shopping centre called Big Fresh & I worked in the Deli section, & she was nasty & Cold, she hated me beacuse I told her I was leaving there as I was going to Greece for Holiday & she was not happy & she started treating me bad from then on,
one time I broke my arm in slicer as it got jammed in there & the store Manager was teling her to take me to the Hospital to get it Xrayed & the bitch was saying she is fine, get back to work Irene, we are really busy, & my arm is just hanging down like all floppy & paralysed & I'm crying & trying not to let out the tears,
anyway she eventually took me but Was insisting it wasnt broken & kept saying, you are over reacting, I'm sure it doesnt hurt that bad,
when we got to the car park to her car, the B.I.T.C.H Sat in her car and expected me to open the door by myself,
I'm trying so hard but was in that much pain that I was too scared to let go of my arm(Elbow) from the pain, and I'm asking her to please help me open the car & shes like, My God, are you serious, get in & stop acting that way ok, your worse than a baby..
I was in that much pain, I couldnt believe it, I just kept sulking,
we got to the hospital, she says to them,
Um Irene here claims she has broken her arm, I know she hasnt but I just think its her excuse of getting out of work,
they looked at her & said, are You a Doctor,,she replies No,
they also asked her, are you related to this Girl,
she replied No, Im just her boss, they then said well stay out & away from her beacuse you are not a very nice Boss,
she was left standing there with her jaw open & I was so happy, if I could I'd hug that Nurse but couldnt,,
they took me in straight away, they put me in wheel chair & xrayed & Yes it was broken,
they came out & gave her the notes & said to her, next time you should try and be a little more compassionate towards your employess & she saw me & was like really sorry,
by then my parents were phoned up & took me home, she was so nice & helped me in the car & i said to her in a siacarstic way, you can go now, you have helped enough,,
anyway I'm over that now, I just believe you reap what you sow,,
so she'll get hers one day! ↑ |

i havent really had a bad boss....had bad coworkers though...supervisors that thought they were GOD....i had to show them they WERENT!!!!....LOL
Ive never been bullied before and i am smiling most of the time so its hard to pick on someone who is grinning like an idiot...hehehehehehehe. But to the few out there who did try....well lets just say my smile can come of in a instant and be replaced with a sharp nasty tongue...and you dont want to go physical on me either....im a thrower!!!! LOL ↑ |

| i work (well not in a while) in a family owned and ran restaurant. my manager is 28 and a HOT HEAD. his mother helps run the kitchen while he runs the grill. he got mad at an older waitress one time and called her a stupid b*tch (loudly) right in front of her husband. i'm suprised there wasn't a fight, but nothing happended...her husband just walked off. he's called his own mother a b*tch before right in front of everyone. all the employees take his bs but me. although he's never talked to me that way, and i wouldn't take it if he did. ↑ |

| I used to work in a bed and breakfast when i was at college my boss was a right dragon,she usd to make me do all sorts of weird and wonderful things,she had me cleaning out this room that was never used and i cam across some rather rude pics of her and her hubby! ↑ |

| oh dear ........where would i begin lol. Ya know, when i was very young working at Safeway,.....one store that i worked at in particular was a manager training store. Every six to 10 months we got someone new. Out of all of the people that came and went from that store.........ONE had peoples respect. The rest.........dear me.....the were headed for a long road of education. :| ↑ |

I worked at a supermarket for 3 years when I was in highschool. I had just been switched to cash (from deli/bakery) and I had a drunk customer. She suddenly flipped out on me because the meat she bought was not the stuff on sale. I told her I could have someone grab it for her. She didn't say anything and picked up a bag of cinnamon buns and hurled them at me. She started yelling about how I needed to be fired (I wasn't the one who put the meat that was NOT on sale in her basket LOL) and she was telling me that she was going to tell all her friends and family not to shop here, and "I'm an indian, so you will lose the whole reserves loyalty" It was ridiculous. I tried to page a manager and she grabbed the phone from me and told me I had to fix my mistake. My friend at the next till called someone and they came. I let my manager deal with it and they got her the meat she wanted and some new cinnamom buns.
I didn't work for 2 or 3 days and when I came back, the bosses wanted to talk to me. They said that they had recieved a complaint and EVEN THOUGH I DID NOTHING WRONG according to another customer statement, the cashier who called the manager AND the surveillance, they had to write me up because THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT and they didn't want to lose all her friends and family. I quit right there. After they said the customer is always right, I took off my work shirt and said "well then I guess that's all I will be then" LOL ↑ |

| wow randi ?!?!?!? i hope you went into that supermarket and threw cinnamon buns at all the staff....particularly aiming for the manager....asking where's the sausages they had on sale...WHERE!!!! i want them now....FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!....hahahahhahahaha i would of done this every month or so.......wankers!!!! ↑ |

Marija-I married one of my bosses too. Haha
Randi-That was so bad. Just sad when bosses allow people to be treated that way. You could have filed a bun assault charge on her.
I did have a guy throw a hamburger at me when I worked at a drive through when I was a kid. I went through the window after him. Lol He drove off fast, and other employees had to haul me back through. ↑ |
