| AWESOME!!!! Hey ya, I just got one too.....and with the letters on the key board closer together......and the mouse HIGHLY sensitive....it takes some getting used to........I still do not fully get how to copy and paste....to highlight to be exact// oh and dont get me started on the router...lol......I COULD NOT get that thing up and running......thankfully a family member is a computer wizz, came over and had it up and running in minutes ↑ |

| if you have problems ever.....again Winn with the router...just call the 800 number lol........like i did. Awesome service! Mouse pad......i read the manual.....i can lock it.....and unlock it natch. Sure will make posting a lot easier......it drove me batty! To.....gonna install an optical wireless mouse i have had for MONTHS........and never installed on my comp. Make like easier too. Winn.......dont forget that site i am always on about too. suggestafix.com if you ever have problems with any comp...any system...any program..........go there. Its free.....just become a member and log in. Go to the forum you need.........and you WILL be walked hand in hand........to solve the problem. IF.....ya cant get hold of your family tech lol! ↑ |

| Lovely maxie!! I got a nice pink dell one as a present from my auntie back in December lol....it's gorgeous...was the one my mum and I had priced up but decided we couldn't afford as it was over £800! Im much quicker on this laptop than I am on the desktop computers lol. If i go to college, I take this with me lol and ditto winn....we have several comps including this laptop and it took us forever to set up the wireless lol. Do you have windows vista maxie? how do you find it? I got a discounted "Microsoft student software" thing as I applied for university. So i got word and powerpoint...and excel which Im getting the hang of...I use Excel for working out budgets and keeping track of finances...and also keep a list of friends and familys birthdays lol I find vista clashes with alot of stuff...its hard to get pictures off of my digi cam onto the comp....still havent mastered how to do that quickly lol. | hey nicola how ya doin love? Good i hope...sounds like it at least. Well......yes it comes with Vista.......and i just dont like it cuz......its new lol. I only have that comp with Vista......so my experience is little when it comes to that o/s. I havent heard one ...good, thing about vista either. I go to forums......where i learn a lot about computers.....and the wealth of knowledge just from reading is worth its weight in gold! Sooooooo i dunno yet huh? Thinkin....though of two things. One.....just delete the entire thing........and install either XP or....a program called Linux. I have read tremendous things about Linux.....so either or........IF.....this gives me to much of a pain in the butt. I dont have time for that nonsense......so i have to have something either i know......or user friendly.....which is one, of the things that Linux is well known for. So.......... time will tell. ↑ |

| I have never head of linux im afraid. I didnt like vista either....it took a bit of getting used to, but besides the clashes with other software I use, it's brilliant!! And all the other comps have XP on...sadly they can't open any word documents that I produced on my laptop. We're doing great, Oh Maxie i feel so much healthier lol!!! My colour has come back now, and I genuinely feel happier lol...and am pretty much "out of the woods" lol. What I heard from my friend was that as "vista is so crap" they offer a free "swap" service...you can take your computer to some place and they will uninstall vista and set up XP for you....though Im not sure how true that is, where you would go, and if it is the same in Canada. I'm so used to Vista now, that I am forgetting how to work XP!! lol...at college last week I had to use XP and I confused myself lol, how are you guys? ↑ |

| haha Maxie...ummm remember all my BS with Telus??? never thought of calling the 1800 number for it but even if I did i would have had to rack up cell phone minutes.......frickin telus, ah man now i am thinking about how pissed they get me again I am really liking the vista, mind ya I have not putting any programs in, except what I had installed when i bought it......all programs installed are in our pc this one here I am not putting all that crap on.... ↑ |

| Were doing good, thanks for asking nicola. We are getting reading to install the new floors.........so man oh man......i just cant wait! Babye crap lino....babye yuckie plank floors, babye........to far gone wood floors. Yuppers........the end.....of that story hehe! The kids......are well lol........ok. Noah is much better and back to school. Geeeeeeee whiz my girl though.......actually.....last night first night without coughing at some point. I used the vicks on the feet and socks.......it helped her tons! Thanks google and whoever brought it to BC first. Other than that hon......its ho humm which.....i find......perfect lol! Ho humm means.......everything.....is just fine. :) I gotta check into that install XP free deal.....humm. I'll find out count on it lol. Why waste my time, if they (whoever that is) will do it. Perfect. Thanks for the heads up! Winn.........oooooh yeah Telus......grrrrrrrrrrr! The mear mention of that name is enough to cause a riot!!!!!!! lol. Digital i tell ya mom.......go digital when ya can. No we arnt installing programs and this and that like my pc has. What for ya know? Just her games......email too i suppose.....but thats it. I got rid of Norton ........first thing.......that went.....babye :) Got the good stuff lol. There are other programs on that too that i will be tossing.....no good for anything and i have better ones so.....they are just taking up space on the hd........might as well do away with them too. Linux nicola..........check it out. Email me........and i can point you in the right direction.......if ever your interested. Its becoming very popular....people love it. Nice to have an option huh? | lol yeah I kinda frightened every body I guess...you seemed a tad shocked when I told you what had happened haha.... Glad to hear decorating is doing well....I have never heard of putting vicks on feet?! I have a plug in vicks that I use as Sofia gets the snuffles alot...and I rub it on mine, the girls's chests....but never heard of the feet?! lol I didn't like Norton either....it didnt do the job in my opinion....clashed with everything...for a little while I had AOL as my service provider and t clashed real bad with them. anyway night night girls ↑ |
