For the past two years I've thrown a big Halloween party for the kids and this year I barely had the ambition to get my decorations out. I know I'm just overwhelmed having a 5 mo old now and going back to work in the pm. Why do I feel so darn guilty if I decide not to do it????

Probably because it meant alot to you to do it and you had fun doing it so if you don't go through with it now you will feel like you have let yourself and others who may count on it down. If it really means something to you to have the party then you will find the energy to go ahead with it. You will know in short time what you want to do and proceed.
