my oldest son is 11,was diagnosed with adhd and odd when he was 6 yrs...im in ireland and there is very little help available besides drugs which i did try but never felt comfortable making my son take drugs so i stopped i manage what he eats but i am looking for natural and alternative ways of managing any ideas?also he has no friends,never did,hes picked on alot,is always in trouble in some shape way or form and im at my wits end and would be grateful for any helpful advice! ↓
