Well, I am a 26 year old with a 4 year old daughter. And I recently found out that im pregnant with my 2nd child. Unfortunately I am in a situation where I cannot afford to raise two children on my own. I had my first daughter when I was 16 years old and it was tough but, I finished high school on time and I went off to college. I was out to prove to the world that a single mother could do just as well as a family with two parents. Over the past six years I have realized that it's not easy. and it's not fun when the other parent is absent. So I am looking for a family to take in this child and provide a nurturing and loving home. I live in central California and would prefer the adoptive parents be somewhere nearby. If not, that is not a big issue as long as the baby goes to a good home. Also, I dont need help with medical expenses or housing. I am staying with my dad right now and because i am low income, i have medi-cal. The only thing i do ask of the adoptive parents is that after the baby is born and if they are situated too.. to spare something so i can start a new life. i will always feel guilty for giving up my child, but it will feel good knowing i gave him/her to someone who couldnt be blessed with one. All i ask is for a little help to start fresh. I am leaning more towards a closed adoption, but if my child ever wants to find me and you allow it, im up for an open adoption. I have read about a lot of adults who wish to find their birth parents, but its really up to you.
