Adopt America does find homes for children, I am also an AAN specialist however most do not realize we place children from foster care, most are older over age 7, a member of a larger sibling group or a member of a minority group. The majority of the children we look for and need homes are for children with special needs most normally those needs are severe special needs all the way from medical needs to behavioral. We do help place infants or toddler they are almost exclusevely amongst those children with severe special needs be they medical, life threatening., They may be kids born with downs or other significant special needs.
