We had given up hope for adoption and were looking to do a surrogacy, BUT, Friday our attorney called us and said, there is a birthmom in labor and she chose you! So our new little girl was born March 30 at 3pm. Her birthmom was the sweetest young lady we have ever met. We almost wanted to bring her home too! We are still in shock! We didn't have clue that we were being considered. It took a year through the attorney, but considering, that isn't that long.

Our baby girl, Emma, weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces. She has dark hair & light milky skin! She is so beautiful! We had family here already to celebrate Mikey's 2nd birthday. I am still saying WOW!!! ↓

I am still in shock :) course at 3am last nite the shock was a lot less intense lol. I am not a mommy in waiting anymore, we are complete, I can't wait to here about all your successes soon, I guess when you least expect it... ↑
