I need some advice on how to help my little girl Mia, she was kidnapped when she was six and horrendously tortured and raped, she is regressed to the age of 3 and she keeps having nightmares, terrible ones. And she keeps self harming and won't stop watching cartoons all day, she doesn't move all day just watches cartoons. I give her all the love I can give but she's so scared I'm going to hurt her, please help I'm a single parent and I'm new to this ↓
