I too when I was a teen wanted to have sex with my now ex husband but I knew it wasn't right so we waited till we were grown and married and it was a very special moment that we shared as husband and wife. You are far too young to be making such a big decision about sex. You only get to have your first time once, and you need to make absolutely sure you want it and it is with the right guy. If you have ANY doubts whatsoever, don't do it!
He will wait if he truly loves you. Trust me! I told my first two boyfriends that I wasn't ready, and they were both very respectful. Neither one of them tried to talk me out of it. That is how a guy that truly cares about you will act. He has your best interests at heart, not his.
If he still keeps trying to get you to have sex with him, than take my word for it, he doesn't care about your feelings or whether or not you are ready. He is just horny and wants to get laid and will tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear in order to get it.
Plus there is the fact that he would be committing a crime to have sex with somebody so young! If the law found out, he could go to jail for rape or sexual assault.
