Hi there, I was wondering if anyone is from the UK can advise on treatments they have found useful or places to go that fun for 4 year ols with autism/adhd at the weekends. Also any advice on child care - weekend and evening when needs. we have done the early bird and Olly is in a special needs preschool.

Thanks.

Hi Ollys mum, I am from west yorkshire, we have been to a under 10's theme park in Retford near nottingham called Sundown which was great, both my autistic boys loved it there loads to do big open spaces, fantasy lands, etc etc. Check out there website if its not too far it's really good.
Regarding treatments, my youngest child has occupational therapy which helps with all his sensory issues and maybe the NAS could give you specific help on child care or the Childrens Information Service (CIS) who both have websites.
Hope this helps.
Tracy.
