I think this should be brought up with her dr. Have you told her dr?

Aldam,
You may want to see a psychologist that can be a sign of skitzeophernia (Sp?)

Hi everyone thanks for your replies. Yes Ive taken her to the doctors, here in England we have a specialist childrens hospital for kids with autism adhd etc. But as she hasnt been seen in over 18months ive got to go through my GP again to get a referal and then could be waiting 13weeks for an appointment. This sucks but GP couldnt really help and just said she send a referal letter for me. So just have to put up with it till then I suppose. Thanks anyway everyone.

I don't really understand what aspergers sydrome is, but I can tell you that I am a follower of Christ, and I would suggest you might want to seek out a church where people really know how to pray and have someone pray for your daughter.

Hi Irishamy, the hospital is rygate childrens centre sheffield. not sure of address offhand. You need a referal before you get an appointment though.

My 10 yr old son with autism was hearing voices 2 years ago. He was barely verbal at the time and was sticking things in his ears, wore a helmet, hit himself in the head with things and I didn't know why for the longest time. He said people were talking in his head. I took him to a pyschiatrist for 6 months but the only conculsion that we got was he couldn't exspress himself verbally so he was talking to himself subconsiously. I know it sounds crazy. He is on meds now and hasn't said anything about voices lately. Maybe talk to a child pyschologist and see what they say.

I think that is so sad, it must be so very frightening for them and for you as parents, also scary for those of us whose kids are not yet verbal!!!!!!
