How do you know how much breastmilk she is eating? Do you pump and then give it to her in a bottle?
The general rule is a baby should eat the number of months they are plus two. So at two months she should eat 4 ounces. That's just an average though. My daughter was a nibbler so even at 8 months she was only taking 2 ounces of formula at a time, but she was constantly nibbling from the bottle all day long. At the end of the day she was still getting enough nutrition. As long as your daughter is gaining weight appropriately and isn't spitting up a lot after every feeding I wouldn't worry. If she spits up more than usual she may be getting too full. ↑ |
