I've heard sudafed can help dry it up but I don't know if that's something you want to do.
There's not much you can do, supposedly from what I've heard, after day 3, your breasts will start to go back down.
I was on day one of no pumping/breastfeeding yesterday and I ended up with an infection. So I'm going back to pumping and just gradually cutting it out.
Good luck.

I bumped the thread What happens if I quit pumping? This has some good info. Don't forget to wean DO NOT quit cold turkey this can cause mastitis or and blocked ducts like bree said. Here in the US they do not give out any medicine to stop the milk production so I do not know about that one. The birth control pill can cause you to dry up. Also use cabbage leaves in your bra. It truly works.
