I got this tea from a health food store. It seemed to work, I only drank it 3 times and stopped because I was quickly becoming engorged and I don't always have time to pump.

I got it at GNC....how were you able to handle the taste....I think it's awful??? I'm gong to give it another try but Farah you said you had to drink it three times and it worked for you....let's hope it does that for me....thanks.

I actually could handle the taste. It's not as bad as it smells being that it's kinda black liquorish smelling. My boob hurt so bad today! I got a plugged milk duct, it hurts to hold my baby! I can't find my ibeprofen(sp?)

I guess I've been pretty lucky when it came to plugged ducts and so forth. It's happend a few times but while I nursed I massaged it out...you oculd feel the pressure release...felt relaxing actually. May want to try that if you haven't already. I'm going to give the tea another try....Lord help me. :-)

You can drink this while pregnant. It was given to me by my midwife while still pregnant. The taste is HORRIBLE though, so to make it taste sweeter I used a tea bag of another flavor (my favorite being peach or strawberry). Just make sure that you don't let the tea steep as long, or it will be quite strong with two teabags.
