Okay, anyone out there have a trust fund for their children. My ex's mother and father left for my three children. I know for a fact that my ex is spending their money on himself. He asks (without invoice or receipt) from the company for money - say $8,000 for a car he wants to get for my daughter and then pays $4,200 for the car. He asks for more and keeps the rest. I have found this out and this trust has becomes a very bad discussion. He is on-line with young girls and taking trips meeting women, inviting them to the house with the kids there and I am getting upset more and more every day! Do I have the right to know what my children have in their trust accounts and where the money is going and how much is taken out?
I am so frustrated! My children know he is using their money and want to go to court (children 21, 19, 17) WHAT TO DO - ANYONE GOING THROUGH THIS? ↓
