can someone please give me some advice on how to get this started and finished because my x husband and i are on good terms and he gave up legal rights to our son a long time ago and i have had this lawyer who for five years has been saying to me oh dont worry im going to get this procedure done but no matter how much i call her or write her she hasnt done anything, what can i do to get things moving along without getting on bad terms with my lawyer?? please help ↓

you should be able to find the paperwork on line. Also you can contact your local child support office and they can lead you in the right direction. hope this helps. ↑
