Sorry I can't offer much advice. I have 5 days to go, and I'm walking fine! Why don't you ask to see a physiotherapist?

All you can do is exercise and stretch. I've got 13 weeks to go and i'm in the same boat as you. Most days walking seems impossible. I have found that the more I work out the better it is. My lo is sitting so low that he is often on my scyatic nerve, which is excruciatin! Try getting on all fours and arch your back like a cat, or stand against a wall, tighten your butt and pull your belly in as far as you can, which puts your back flat against the wall. These are the top two that help me to relieve some of the pain. It makes the baby move up a bit, too.

I am due in a few days and I have had hip problems, to be exact my right one, my doctor recommended a chiropractor for pregnant women, I have gone several times and have had some relief, believe me mine went to the point I could not walk, I would limp all day and sometimes even cry, well it was the way the baby was hitting my nerves. Now I am much better.
