My hubby and I decided we are definately going to be TTC again after losing our baby girl at 18 weeks. Anyone ever had a high AFP test? I did with Mia (my baby who just passed away) and it tested high for DS. If this tests high for one baby, does it normally mean I have an increased risk of having another with DS? We are not sure if Mia had DS as we were so emotional and distraught and total messes and chose not to have an autopsy. I am now wondering if she had DS which could have maybe contributed to her death. We decided to keep her whether or not she had downs but I was curious if my chances were higher now that I have tested high once.
