Ok so my kids Dr.'s office pissed me the shit off today......I called to get Emilee's 1 month follow up on her bronchulitis and walking pheumonia and asthma and also went ahead and scd. her 18 month. So far since we've lived here only 3 of my kids have been to this Dr.'s office so they do not consider 2 of my children patients which pisses me off to no end because for one theres no other peds. dr here period....and two we're established patients thus far, it's not like they don't know us and still that wouldn't be ok if they treated us that way not knowing us .anyhow I learned they pull this crap back in Feb when my son ran a 105.0 temp and had scarlet fever and strep throat I had to take him to a walk in clinic because they couldn't get him for like 7 days wtf.....he has a 105.0 temp now he can't wait 7 days anyhow so that made me pissed and I even spoke to the office supervisor about this seems how these ladies scd. appts are merely front desk ladies and not dr they cannot determine what can wait and what cannot........I used to work as a front desk person for a peds. clinic I know what they like you to do and it's not take things in your own hands. So today while I was scd. Emilee's appt.'s I wanted to scd an appt for my son he has allergies and asthma and hasn't been seen since last year for this.........I only get his scripts during the alleregy season and summer as these are when his allergies are worse as well as the asthma I do not treat it when it doesn't seem to need treatment........anyway so back to the office story I tried to scd this appt. for him to go ahead and get his scripts befor his allergies get here and to go ahead and prevent the asthma attacks as well...... the lady started to scd him for next month and was like birthdate and name please so I gave it and she's like oh he's a new patient we don't have new patient appt's till end of july............are you freaking kidding me he cannot wait till july w/ no meds and no treatment........so I politley said this is just absolutley not going to work at all he cannot go all summer w/ out his meds........and she's like thats the best I can do........so I said no your going to have to figure something else out because he cant wait that long.......so she said she'd talk w/ the dr and call me back well they called him in his scripts right away and thought he should be seen next week so pardon my launguage but f the front desk lady.........like I said this is second time she's hit me w/ he's not our patient so he's not important..............I was so mad and so satisfied when the dr. over ruled her call I mean if she wants to make calls like that she should go to medical school her job is to block time for appt.'s and scd. them...........I realize being the only dr office in town they are quite busy but come on with being the only dr office you must treat all patients the same I mean even ppl from out of town have to drive like 30-45 min just to come to this office so they should not treat ppl they haven't seen before like second class.......If there was another dr to switch to I would in a new york minute at this point also if this is how they are going to continue to run their business they should word it dif. so it doesn't sound like non patients are second rate ya know........so front desk lady I wish you could see this vent post because I want you to kiss my F'ing A$*................

Drs office people are soo rude!!!

i went to the dr the other day because i think i have cysts on our ovaries any ways the nurse was like well, What makes YOU think you Have Cysts?? and i explained why and she looked at me like i was an idiot!! then she was going over symptoms and one of the questions was back pain, and i said yah i have lower back pain all the time along with my cramping, and then she goes well is it your back that hurts or your abdomen, well which one is it?? i was like uhhh both you dumb ass!!! any ways she was a complete bitch and when the dr came in he was making jokes to her and she didnt even crack a smile!! total bitch!! but the dr was wonderful! ↑
