Hello everyone, just wanted to take a minute and vent. I have such a horrible headache today and i can't seem to get rid of it. Anybody have any remedies? ↓

| i get terrible headaches too. i take tylenol, which is ok when prego and i lay down in a dark room. works almost every time ↑ |

| Ouch...headaches. I get them about 5 days outta the week which really isn't fun. It's common for me to have them and I even had to go to the doctors in Januarary (way pre preg) and to the ER cause I had one consistant headache for over 3 months straight. They found nothing, I'm normal and nothing was found in the cat scan...basically it just sucked being me. Nothing makes mine go away I just have to tough it out. They had me on steroids it was so bad and none of the meds worked, so tylenol isn't an option for me right now. Being pregnant with a headache seems way worse too. My doctor said that usually they go away during pregnancy which I was hoping for but you can't always get your way right? LOL. Two more days till I'm 5 months yay. ↑ |

I get them pretty often! They come and go due to different things! Sugar, lack of sleep, not eating certain foods?? I find that the best way to get them to calm down is---getting a washcloth and putting some ice from the freezer in it and putting it on your forehead and also put it on the back of your neck...Right about the base of your skull.....It really does seem to help...The ice increases the blood flow and that should help out a little....Try taking some tylenol first?

| Hi girls how's everyone doin? I'm doing pretty good. My dr. gave me some new medicine and it's hepling my headaches a lot. They don' t totally go away but they are more manageable. ↑ |

| Hey rachel what is your doctor giving you for headaches? I am allergic to tylenol. I wake up with a headache and go to sleep with a headache. I try to stay distracted to not think of the pain. I am due in November. Glad your headaches went away. ↑ |

| Hey Ale sorry to hear your still in pain sweetie. My headaches unfortunately have returned today even after taking tylenol and attempting to take a nap. I called my Dr. but discovered i can't get back in for three weeks. AGHHHH man i don't know what to do? ↑ |

| Hi girls, been getting the head aches as well. Tylenol is alright to use so is acetimetophine (sorry about the spelling) Steer clear of Advil or Aspirin because they have blood thinners in them. I usually lie down with a lavender sachet. Also cold compresses especially on the back of the neck. Another great item is those eye compresses you can throw in the freezer. ↑ |

Ale i'm so sorry your headaches are getting worse honey.
Mine have gotten worse as well. Yesterday all i could do was lie
down in a dark room and try not to move. Hope you feel better soon sweetie. ↑ |

| hi rachel, My headaches are due to two wisdom tooths that need to be removed., My whole left side of my face and head hurt all the time. As soon as I deliver there coming out. Do you know why you get such bad headaches? Hows the baby? Hope you feel better. ↑ |

| Hey Ale sorry to hear your wisdom teeth need to come out. At least you know what's causing your headaches. I've been to my dr. a number of times and all he can tell me is that they are due to stress. My headaches hurt so bad sometimes, they make me nauseous. Does that ever happen to you? ↑ |

| Before i became pregnant I drank ALOT of caffeine,(Mt.Dew) and now if I dont have some caffeine in the morning I get HORRIBLE headaches...dont know that could be it. ↑ |

| I usually go lay in a dark room with soft music on, turned down very low. Don't be near TVs or loud music. Usually, I fall asleep and I wake up with no headach. ↑ |
