Please can someone explain to me what braxton hicks feels like?? And if it occurs as early as 14 weeks?? Bit worried! ↓

i dont know if they can occur as early as 14 weeks. my book says around 20 weeks, but everyone is different. mine started at 19 weeks. you feel a tightening in your uterus and your tummy feels hard and like a ball. they normally arent painful but feel a little uncomfortable as you get further along. mine tend to come after walking, lifting or sex and sometimes last several minutes but are never regular. hope this helps ↑
