I am just about 40 weeks pregnant , my official due date is the 28th , I feel like this should be the time my body wants to get as much sleep as possible but the whole not sleeping thing just gets worse by the day i fear I will be exhausted by the time I go into labor. As much as i am ready for the arrival of my son i am nervous for this next week to pass and for it to happen as if it will pass to quickly and then it will all be over, of course I don't want to be pg forever but is it normal to feel like you can't believe its about to end as if your going to miss being pg as if it all went to fast?

the day after I had Anika, I told James "I miss being pregnant". LOL....he couldn't believe it....he was like "but you've been bitching about it for the last 2 months!!! how can you miss it? don't you remember any of it?" LOL....i thought, yeah I remember it, but after going through labor, being pregnant was peanuts!! LOL...

don't worry about being too tired during labor....i worried about that too than the night before I had my baby i had to stay in the hospital and had nooo sleep whatsoever...and the next morning when they broke my water i was like omg im so tired im not gonna be able to do this! but in the end i was wide awake through the whole thing and didnt even go to bed till 5 the next morning because of all the excitement....

hate, tired going into labor i was HUNGRY...and i bitched the whole time...haha. i ate at 8 that morning, got induced and started having contractions at 10...they wouldn't let me eat anything...went through all of that day with nothing to eat, then 3:33 (18 hours later) that next morning i finally had him and was got to eat something...haha...i slept through my labor (after i had my epi) until i started pushing..lol

i missed my belly too..i think i just missed him being inside, don't get me wrong, i loved that i was able to finally hold him, but a part of me just missed him moving and kicking...i know this sounds terrible now, but just enjoy it now, b/c it will never be the same.... : )
