I have 4 1/2 weeks to go and about a week ago I got pins and needles in my right hand, esp. when I go to sleep....I looked it up and found C. Tunnel is common in preg. women. I haven't asked my doc about it yet, but I was curious if anyone had any quick remedies for it? It's becoming so bad I can't even cut my own meat at dinner b/c I can't grip the knife! It comes and goes and isn't crippling my style TOO much, it's just a hassle........Any comments?

get a cock up wrist splint for you effected arm. you can wear them at night when you sleep. it takes some getting used to , but they keep your hands and wrist in a natural position while you are sleeping. Most people do crazy stuff with their hands during sleep that cuts off the blood flow. You can also wear them anytime you are just around the house relaxing to promote good circulation. Keeping your wrist still is the only way for it to heal.

I got that due to water retention. I only retained water in my left wrist. I got pins and needles. I was told by my doctor to take 2 apple cider vinegar tablets a day. It helped me big time. No more swelling.
