I am 14 weeks preg and started getting bad chest pains last night. Then it shifted to just under my left breast and I have had this constant dull ache for 24 hours, it sometimes is so bad I feel as though my arm is aching too. Anyone else experience this?

I ate chicken and veg, it feels more like a stabbing pain. It wont go away!! ↑

Layne, Have you tryed taking tums yet? If you have, you should probably call your MD and ask them what your options could be?

Hey there Layne, my friend had these exact symptoms a couple of months ago, except she is not pregnant, and the doc told her it was a pulled chest muscle, and it should go away in a couple of days. her pain was so bad she thaught she was having a heart attack. hope this helps. ↑

Thanks Ladies, I went to the hospital and they said I have inflammation between my ribs,(the cartilage) and it'll go away in 7 days! Just gave me painkillers (suitable for pregnancy!) Has nothing to do with the pregnancy! But at least I know what it is now. PHEW! Being a first time mum I stress about everything! ↑
