should I be feeling period-like cramps in my 6th week of pregnancy?? It feels like a tightening feeling and it hurts, but only for short periods of time... ↓

well i did.. i got period pains throughout most of my pregnancy.. when i 1st got pregnant and i didnt know.. everyone was telling me to do a test.. and i kept saying " nah nah.. my periods coming.. i have period pains " but it never did.. and now im 31 weeks pregnant!
if you are bleeding aswell as cramps then you should worry. ↑

I found out I was pregnant around six weeks and I kept feeling like I was going to start my period. It was really odd. ↑

Yep - I'm 6 weeks too and I have period-like pains. At first it really freaked me out, but I've asked several people who have babies and they all said that was normal. Apparently it's your uterus streatching? ↑

Yep, normal. I posted the same question on here when I was 7 wks. I'm 17 wks now and still get them from time to time. ↑

Yep.

Every night I'd go to bed disappointed...thinking my period was gonna come during the night and that was another month gone.

But sure enough it never came :) ↑
