So as most of you know, we have been try to conceive after a mc in Aug. So I have taken a couple of hpt's over the past couple of days, FRER on all 3 and got a very, very faint line on 2. I'm still confused, thinking they may be evap lines. It's still early and my doc said to test on Sunday. So I called the manufacturer and he told me to place it on a flat surface in normal light and take a half step back and see if I still see the line, I did and I still saw it. He says it is positive. Then I asked about evap lines and he says their tests do not have evap lines. Any input would help. I do have symptoms, especially very sore boobs, temp is still up, and have to pee alot. I'm afraid to get too excited. ↓

| Well it sounds to me like a yes because most mf say even a very very faint is a pos. I had this on a couple of test where I thought I could see, but not for sure. Well I am now 17.5 weeks so I guess it was pos. I kept think it was neg though, but I knew that something was not right with my body I knew in my heart that I was. I waited about 2 days or so and took another test and the line was there before I was done peeing on the stick. I would keep my cool for a couple of more days and then test again like sat since you HCG levels double every 48ish hrs. If you had a faint it will be high enough to get a good positive. | i got a very faint line.it could only be seen if i held it up to the window. it turned out positive. i have a daughter now. not to be negative but could the positive come from the small levels of hormone that may be left from when you had the m/c. how far were you when you m/c? ↑ |

| I was almost 11 weeks along and my mc was Aug 4, I've had my first period back in Sept but didn't get my blazing opk until Oct 5. I've taken at least a dozen hpt's since my mc and this is the first time I've ever had any kind of line. I actually took a few at the end of Sept, still had them and looked at them, no hint of a line whatsoever. When I got pregnant last time, I actually conceived the 3rd day after the positive which will put me at the earliest 11dpo. I'm going to test again on Sunday. I have always trused FRER. ↑ |

| I took several tests as well about CD10. I got very very faint lines. Two days later they were still just as faint, but I was very pregnant. Congratulatios-- You're pregnant! LOL Seriously, congrats and good luck to you :) ↑ |

WOW, I AM SO MIXED WITH EMOTION RIGHT NOW!!! I REALLY HOPE IT IS YOUR TIME. YOU'VE WAITED LONG ENOUGHT! JUST LIKE THE REST OF US TTC. ARE YOU GONNA GET A BLOOD TEST TO CONFIRM? | OMG...I sooo hope it's positive Pam...I too was unsure of the faint 2nd line...I went and bought the EPT digital test...it's like $15...go buy it flashes "pregnant" or "not pregnant" You could take it tonight!!!! ↑ |

Christiansmommy, it is a very mixed emotional time. Hearing her story took me back to Aug.
I really hope you won't be able to have that drink! You must share your results as soon as you get them.
I have to figure out what to do about doc. My hubby got layed off and we have no ins, but will qualify for state coverage while pregnant. Thing is my doc doesn't take it. But today the nurse there said between you and me, they may take it, talk to my doctor and see if she is willing to do so. So, I'll have to see. If not, I can go to 1 local doctor if they aren't full, they only have so many openings for state covered patients. Other than that, there is a doctor a bit farther away or the clinics. No way am I going to the ones around here, they are horrible.

| when i first found out i took like a dozen tests i used them assumed i wasnt pregnant threw them away the last test i took was very dark lines so i went rumaging through my garbage (eww i know sounds gross but i was on a mission lol) and sure enough all but two were positive the lines were so faint that i couldnt even tell with a quick glance i was pregnant plus i just asumed i wasnt cause ive been trying for four years ↑ |

I'm so nervous and afraid to get my hopes up. Yes, my doc is a female. She has just come back from a maternity leave. I don't even know if she is aware I had a mc, this all happend after she went on leave.
I'm trying to end this day on a good note. I'll try to keep it short. A few weeks ago, an older lady hit, no one was hurt. She didn't want a police report and no claim filed. She actually paid the shop directly $2500 to repair our car, but was told that there may be other expenses. Well, there was a small extra cost and they are refusing to pay. I was in tears because we don't get our van back until she pays. She hit us and told us it is our problem. She would only tell us she had AARP Ins. That was all I needed. Her husband was even screaming at me. My husband took the phone. The good news is that we were able to file a claim with her insurance. I would love to be a fly on the wall when they find out. Arghhhhh, so upsetting and this is the last thing I need right now if I'm pregnant.

| My first test the line was very faint,, I acuallty threw it away thinking it wasn't right then 2 days later I took another one and it very real. I hope your prego, good luck. Let us know, yeah!! very excited for you. ↑ |

| sounds to me that you are!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited for you!!!!! evaporation lines have no color....but faint lines do have a pink tinge, and that's a possitive result!!! I hope that's what you have! ↑ |
