Well Jasmine has been taking FOREVER to eat over the last week or so. I thought about trying a bigger nipple. So I asked her doctor, who went on to say that 4oz was still too much for a 7 week old (WTF!?) and that I shouldnt try a bigger nipple and I shouldnt let her eat so much. Okay, well I didnt listen to the doc and I tried the nipple. It worked out great! She doesnt choke, she doesnt spit up more (another thing the doc said would happen), and it takes half the amount of time for her to eat. The reason for my posting this is to ask if there are any reasons why I shouldnt keep feeding her with the new nipple. She obviously isnt bothered by it - she's been eating out of it since mid-day yesterday. I just wanted to make sure because I think her doctor is a quack.
