I have a reusable digital pregnancy test from Walmart. I have taken the test before over the last 6mo and it has always said negative. Well I have not been feeling well for the past weeks so I took another test. Well this time it was possitive. My husband and I were thrilled. Well I took another test this afternoon (EPT digital one) and it said "not pregnant"
I am so confused. I have never been pregnant before but I do have the signs of pregnancy. Any ideas? ↓

Go get another test a new one and see and if its negative but you think its wrong then go to the doc ↑

a result will always be stronger in the morning vs nighttime.

go to your doctor for a blood test ↑

False positives are quite rare. They will only show up positive if there's pregnancy hormone in the body. How many days are you over your period? ↑

I only have my period every 3-6mo no one as of yet has been able to figure that one out yet. But I was due to have my period in Dec.
I found out tonight after doing some research online that the brand I was using was recalled for giving false positives. So my husband and I are very upset and saddened about it.
I am still going to the doctor next week to make sure and to find out why I have the signs of pregnancy if I am not pregnant and make sure something else isnt wrong. ↑

I also heard if the longer it sits it can go false postive aswell, but the best way to know is though your doctor-good luck let us know. ↑

I went through the same thing with my 1st daughter, one positive and about 10 negative. Finally went to the ER because I was throwing up way to much, they put me on some fluids and came back about 20 min later and told me I was pregnant! ↑

yeah it is more likely that the second test had a false neg ↑

Buy another test and take it in the morning wiv ur first urine of the day as thats the best way 2 find out if its still neg go and c ur doctor he shud do a blood test.. GOOD LUCK... ↑

You shouldnt get a positive if you are not pregnant, but this reusable thing makes me wonder. If you ask me I would say you are pregant based on getting a positive. Best wishes, my fingers are crossed for you. ↑
