ok well heres the thing i am having horrible pains in my groin area i called the doctor and she told me that was completely normal i was like being in this much pain is normal? thats problem number one and now i just weighed myself this morning and i have already gained 20lbs. i don't understand how i eat right most of the time i drink plenty of water/and or juice and i don't know just going crazy they told me that i could only gain 10lbs because i was overweight to begin with. i go to the doctor on monday andi'm absolutely dreading it because i know they are going to yell at me. when i go to the doctor i will be at 26 weeks and 20lbs heavier this isn't normal i don'tknow what to do.

Hun everyone is different. Depending on your pain level it is probably ok, the fact that your body is going through tremendous changes is enough to put anyone in pain. I too have gained a lot of weight. I am only 11 weeks and I have gained well over 10 lbs... once again everyone is different. I say if your doc is the type to make you feel like crap, start looking for abetter doc. Try to relax the stress you are feeling is way worse than the weight gain for the baby. It will be ok. Is this your first?

Well I think that helps explain things Christen, a lot of people have this glowing image in thier heads of pregnancy. I know I did! My sister made it look so delightful and easy... YEAH RIGHT! I am sure it varries for everyone but for me I hate all the little aches and pain let alone the big ones. Try to relax and stay as stress free as possible.

I did throught out my pregnancy. I think that some how you are pulling that muscle without knowing. I always had that pain. I noticed that one way I pulled it was trying to get out of the car. I also gained 20lbs my first two trimesters. And let me tell you I had a hard time getting around sometimes. hehe!!

thats quite alright i have been pretty much straight forward to. but its not the muscles that hurt is is actually inside my vagina and i odn't have an infection or anything could it just be spreading from my hips and stuff?

Yes you are not alone. I too have experienced pain from sex during pregnancy. More of my pain has been since my first girl was born. I tore but not enough to help things so they did an episiotomy (sp) which caused nerve damage. the doc gave me this gel that numbs the area down there butwhats the point in that? Why have sex if ou cant feel it!!!

yeah very true that would be way pointless hummmmm was your doc a guy? hahhaha sorry to make a joke but dang. i hope that doesn't happen to me i just want to be able to please my hubby and not put myself in that much pain. and the thing about it it just started this month AHHHH!

LOL yes he is a guy, so yes, you were thinking exactly how I was thinking, "butthole, as long as you get off right!!" It did suck and I tried to do it for my (ex) husband just like you are saying i just wanted to please him but either way it stinks! the best thing I can say is make sure and stay very lubricated and take it real easy...
oh no...
I hope I am not sounding like those teenagers smut!!
I am trying to be as discreet as possible about this!
