she weighs 12 lbs 12 oz and is the 50th percentile
she is 23.5 inches long and is in the 50th percentile for that too
she screamed bloody murder for all 3 shots but she likie the rotovirus one which is the oral vaccine(sp?)
now she is completly happy...? she is up and talking and smiling and looking everywhere its so weird..i thought she was going to be a scremer who cried all day.
oh and she was 10 weeks yesterday....

Randi- Christian got the oral vac by mouth, and he was loving it. drank it up like no one's business, he actually cried after it was all done. lol

| Well my Kaden had rotavirus at 3 weeks old so he has a lifelong immunity... that's why we didn't have him vaccinated. I would definitely have gotten him done had he not had it. It nearly killed him. ↑ |

| So they do get immunity from it? I was at my brothers this weekend and they were the ones teling me my niece has been vaccinated for rotovirus...then they said their son Riley, who is 2,, has had the virus 3 times (I remember him being extremely sick twice, once having to be hospitialized, I didn't know then they were saying it was rotovirus). I didn't think to ask this weekend--but got me wondering if that was true, if they didn't build up some type of immunity to it??....... I'll be taking Kaden to a check up this week and going to ask about all of this---Kadens doc is Rileys doc too..... ↑ |

poor gabby :( she is growing so fast!
the rotavirus vaccine is optional that is why a lot of the kids didnt get it. it isnt a required one like the others. the big problem with the rotavirus is that the strain is different every year like the flu. ↑ |
