We went to the doctor Feb 12th and I completely forgot to ask hiim that. I was so happy in hearing the heartbeat that all my questions I had I never asked, This time I have it all written down so I can ask him when I go on March 12th.
At around how many weeks can we find out the babies sex?
WE cannot wait.
Also I was taking Prometrium (hormone pill since my pregesterone was so low) and he now wants me to stop taking it since I am already 13 weeks, I am so scared of stoping the pill since they helped me stop the spotting I had at the beggiing of pregnancy.!!!
Anyone on Prometrium and stop taking it after your 12 week and still doing great?? Just your experience would be appreciated.!!!
I know the doctor knows best, Its just a big help when we can talk to someone who has had the same thing happen to them...!!!! :o) ↓

i found out at 21 weeks the sex. you can find out as early at 16 weeks but its honestly better to wait til at least 18-20 weeks b.c then genitals are fully developed and its less likely to mistake that hooha or ding dong lol ↑ |
Ha ha ha.. Okay thanks Coartney. ↑ |
i found out REALLY early...about 14 weeks what mine was...the only reason i found out was that we was doung an u/s and bryson was doing flips with his legs WIDE OPEN...it was funny..but when i seen it there was no way he could have been a little girl...haha ↑ |
Well...I asked yesterday at 17 weeks and the scan dude said they usually can't tell until 30 weeks.
What is he like. ↑ |
about 20 weeks when you have your diagnostic ultrasound ↑ |
I found out at 18 weeks ↑ |
I found out at 22 weeks.. but you can find out as early as 16 weeks... ↑ |
i found out at 20 weeks and 6 days ↑ |
the ultrasound tech was like YEP....Thats Definatly a BOY!! lol ↑ |
I knew what I was having before she told me... As soon as she put the scanner thing on my belly I seen it was a boy.. ↑ |
i new from the start that i was having a boy, i just for some reason thought i was ↑ |
i found out at 19 weeks! ↑ |
Some women have a feeling one way or the other and from what I've heard, and what an u/s tech told one of my friends -- if a pregnant woman has a feeling, she's usually right. Now, obviously you can't plan a pink or blue nursery around that...so they can usually tell as early as 16 weeks, but my doc does a routine 20 wk u/s and that's when we found out for sure. ↑ |
Well...I said thirty weeks?!!? In the most shocking tone I could conjure up.
But still...he said that's when he can tell for sure.
Maybe he was trainee or something.
He was also a foreigner so maybe he just didn't want to tell.
I asked him to check but he said the baby was moving too much, but still took measurements.
Ahem!! ↑ |
lol sounds like an idiot lol ↑ |
