A good friend of mine has told me that when she was preggers and would get headaches she would go into the bathroom and turn the shower on as hot as it will go. Stand in there for a few minutes and enjoy the steam. Then when you come out into the cold air it helps the capillaries (sp) in your head to shrink back down. She's a nurse and swears it works.

I got really bad headaches earlier in my pregnancy and my doc said to go ahead and take the extra strength tylenol. It didn't always help though.
