sorry sweetie but theres really no way to get rid of it. I had allday sickness throughout my pregnancy. Try to drink some hot tea and eat some saltines..if it gets too bad the dr. can giveyou meds to calm your stomach

I'm 20-weeks and I'm still being sick most days, and I'm nauseous every morning! I have hyperemesis though, and only meds works really for me. Try eating little and often. I always start the day with toast and tea. Dry crackers may work, and ginger biscuits. That will help some. But if you're gonna be sick, then you're gonna be sick.

I had nausea really bad in the beggning. Heck I went the first 8 weeks with it and didn't realise I was pregnent. What I found that worked was keeping the soda crackers near me and eat a few of those. If that dosen't work then you may have to ask your doctor. Mine had to give me nausea pills which was a life saver.

sorry nothing works. It usually comes down by the fourth month.

There were days when all I could eat was peanut butter sandwiches. Sounds weird compared to everyone else's crackers etc. but it's true. What helped me was to keep eating a little bit every couple of hours and hope for the best. Mine lasted 5 weeks and I still get some nausea now, but nothing compared to that first trimester.

I remember peppermint tea helped. I was drinking it because I had gotten a cold and it was supposed to help my congestion (I was miserable) and discovered it soothed my stomach somewhat. You could try that.

Yeah I found that watching certian tv shows made my nausia worse... I was watching CSI once and it had an episode with showing some guys stomachinards.. normaly it woudlnt bother me.. but that made me run to the bathroom.. my husband laughed thinking it was funny

I had sever morning sickness with both of my children. I found for me chewing spearmint gum help ease my stomach somewhat. Also regular coke can also help with nausea. With my son I was given medication for the morning sickness. With my daughter I was given three different medication for the nausea all of which did not work. Try to get as much sleep because lack of sleep can make morning sickness worse. Also make sure to eat smaller meals. If you are taking prenatals the iron in those could be causing you morning sickness to be worse so if your not already take you prenatals at night before going to bed.

i know what u r going through.. felt like that in last preg,,, for me drinking lots of juices which were not citric helped but the prob is with this nausea feeling u dont feel like drinking but do try it... sumthing else i read on some website and tried and it worked for me is cutting cucumber in small pieces and letting it soak in water and from time to time come and have a piece... afterall.. i often eat and tell myself that if i need to throw up so what ever i eat will go out anyways so eat at least the baby can get sumthing... plus those acids in the stomach sumtimes help the things we eat digest fast but sumtimes its the reason we throw up... drinks are helpful personally hot drinks are also soothing..GOOD LUCK!! We're in the same boat

Sounds like all of you who are newly pregnant with your first babies are puking up a storm, that worries me a bit, I am a bit of a puker already and we are just ttc. I hope things get better for you. Dried biscuits are good, in Australia I would recommend Sao's but I am not sure what is equivalent in the states or Canada. Good luck though.
