Well, I am still in the hospital but I can tell you one thing I am a MOMMY!!!!

I arrived at the hospital at 7am and they started me on the pitocin around 9am. Because I had been having contractions things didn't take long to start kicking in. The contractions got to be hell so two hours later I was given the Epi which was a god sent drug. lol

When I got there they had told me that at min. it was going to be 24 hours because they didn't want to rush things but that didn't last for very long. I arrived being 2cm's, the second time they checked two hours later I was 4 cm's and then they lowered the amount of pitocin they were giving me thinking it would slow things down and I was checked three hours later and I was 9 1/2 cm's dilated, So I sat with her head at a +3 for another two hours and began pushing a little after 5pm.

Macie arrived at 5:35pm weighing in at 8lbs 1oz and 20.5 inches long. She is so beautiful!

She is not a fan of the boob yet so I am mainly bottle feeding but haven't given up yet. She doesn't cry a lot and she slept almost all the way threw the night on my chest other than that I posted pictures on my myspace. ↓

oh yeah!!!

They are so uncomfortable . I had a 2nd degree episi. I mean it was okay until the epi wore off and I had to go to the bathroom.

How long does that feeling last? ↑

umm well they cut me, so im not sure how bad it was, but i told them to cut me rather than let me rip, you will be really sore for at least the first week, and when we got home then next day we decided to take the dog and Tyler for a walk, partly b/c Tyler had to get some sun b/c he was slightly jaundice, but all that walking...ughhhh i was so sore the next day, so just make sure you relax and take it easy! lol ↑
