| Sorry guys - had to go change a diaper! Yeah - we'll have 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. I can't wait. Right now our house is about 1000 sq. ft and for a family of four that just doesn't work! Especially since my hubby is so big. He must feel like he lives in a doll house! ↑ |

| We're supposed to do orientation this weekend - where we tell them every single little detail of what we want done in the house. Then they'll build the pad and then construction will begin. If there aren't too many delays there's a 50% chance we'll be in the house between Thanksgiving and Christmas. My goal is to be there before Zoe starts crawling! ↑ |

| Just a little tip... When looking at your plans don't forget to think about lighting... We added a bunch of recessed lights that weren't in the original plan and I am sooooo glad we did.. Another thing is to consider which way the doors open. Sounds stupid but we looked at this and changed a couple... Really glad we did.. I just wish I had added a light in my pantry. ↑ |

| Hmm...I'll have to see if there is a light in the pantry. We did add a lot of extra lighting and outlets. We even planned outlets for Christmas lights! We have some on the roof, and a special one for where the tree will go. My hubby has been in charge of the electrical and I've been in charge of appliances, flooring, the kitchen and bathrooms. We got started in November so we're just ready for them to build the damn thing already! ↑ |

| Oooh flooring!!! We did a really great thing in our house.. We have scored concrete floors... They are beautiful and it looks like expensive marble tile... Sooo easy to take care of. ↑ |
