I need suggestions to get things moving along more. I'm due today and yesterday I had my dr.s appt and I was already 3cm dialated and had them do a membrane sweep. Since then I've had mild sporadic contractions. The doc told me to walk and try nipple stimulation, which I did last night. The nipple stim. causes me to have contractions exactly 2 min. with a mild-moderate pain scale for about 2 hours straight then nothing. Do you think I should try it again, or is that too much stress on the baby? I'm just so uncomfortable, I've had a terrible back ache for a couple weeks straight and don't know how much more I can take. Any other suggestions? Besides sex, I know that one! And I'm not going to take castor oil. My first babe was only one day overdue, I was really hoping this one wouldn't go over. They seem to think the baby is large and I had trouble pushing out my first and had to have vaccuum assistance. I'm petrified of having a c-sec. so I jus want this one to go smooth. ↓

crazy your having trob getting your baby to come out. I am due in one week however the specialst said that he thinks that my baby is way to big and that I will not be able to get him pushed out and that I need to be induced at 39 wks today. However he said that he put in that recommendation and it is up to my ob to call the hospital and say ok induce her and I have spent all day trying to get her to call me back I left a message last night so I would be called first thing this morning and since I have left three other messages talked to the nurse twice and still dont know if she feels that I should be induced I just talked to the nurse about an hour ago and she was like oh the doctor is looking at your file right now you will hear back from us well it has been an hour how long does it take to call me and say well yeah if he thinks u should be induced go to the hospital or for her to say no I dont think you need to be Man oh man this day is taking forever I just want to know one way or another. ↑

well you are doing all the things that I have heard of the nipples,sex which I am sure you really dont feel like that I know it is so hard to do at this point, and well walking. I myself went on a walk last night and my mom was like go home have lots of sex I was like omg you people everyone is like have sex sex sex. We came home and both our heads hit the pillow and we were out so we did not do the sex thing last night try again for tonight. ↑

wow, I hope they call you back soon, that's ridiculous. I'm going to aim for the sex thing tonight, but it's hard to do with a almost two year old and us both being exhausted by the time she goes to bed at night. ↑

Trust me I know how hard the sex thing can be I have an almost 5yr 3yr and am so tired by the time my head hits the pillow and not to metion being tired and the kids it is kinda hard to have sex these days. I am so big. ↑
