I am just about 24 weeks and when I sit, my ribs hurt. I know it's because everything is pushing up to make room for baby but is there anything I can do to alleviate the pain besides whining????

LOL... not really. I started getting that same pain at almost exactly 24 weeks.... and it's only gotten worse, sorry to say. When I'm sitting my little critter can get his feet up under my ribs - and it's SO uncomfortable. Laying flat on my back seems to help for a couple minutes, but then that starts to hurts as well since the weight pushes down.

I don't think that ANY position is really comfortable anymore. I'm 28 weeks, by the way.

Thanks for the note. Yeh. I've been hearing there's not light at the end of this tunnel til baby arrives but was just hoping...It just sucks at work since I sit at a desk all day...I found one tilted position that works okay and it doesn't hurt as badly but it's a bit awkward for getting work done. Ha ha ha.

Yeah. I know what you mean. Whenever I sit in a chair I always lean way back and that seems to help a little. Not very good for typing though.
