I just found out I am pregnant a few days ago. Over a month I think. I am SO worried because I have had several big nights on the booze in the last month and a lot of casual drinks as well right up until the night before I found out. We've been travelling for a really long time and still were until a couple days ago so fully did not expect or plan this. Nevertheless I am so happy about it but just so worried I have done major damage. I know no one can say for sure what my situation will be I just really need any kind of peace of mind. I can't sleep at all...
Every website I read says the first few weeks are the most critical. What the heck do I do....... ↓

I don't think you've done damage. You'd need to be drinking lots throughout your pregnancy to do damage. Stop drinking now, and your baby should be fine. As a precaution, tell your midwife. Maybe she'll want to scan you.

I was 6 weeks gone before I found out I was pregnant, and prior to that it had been New Year and Christmas and my fiancé's birthday, so I'd had loads to drink too. And my baby was fine. ↑

i wouldnt worry, its common for people to drink heaps in the 1st month or so if we didnt know we were pregnant...
i drunk LOTS and LOTS i used to party pills and drink every single weekend for about a month before i found out...... And not to sound big headed or anything but my daughter is doing great !! shes very intelligent.
as to say that im sure some people arn't so lucky... but its pretty rare. ↑

its scary but your baby should be fine as long as you stop drinking now ↑
