If you haven't had a period in 3 months and the tests are saying negative you probably aren't pregnant, but you definitely need to see a doctor to find out what's going on. I went for 3 or 4 months several times without a period and negative tests and I had to be put on a 10 day dose of some medicine that made me have a period, I was also diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Good luck.

It sounds as though you are not ovulating. Ovulation brings on your period. Some women that do not ovulated still get their periods but some don't. This will really lengthen your cycles. There were times when I only had my period 4 times a year. If you are overweight, start losing weight. Once I lost 70 pounds, I have normal 30 day cycles and we are now expecting a baby!
