Hey everyone, I'm not sure if anyone already knows, but Olivia has a labial adhesion. Well Randi was using cream on it to get it to seperate but it didn't so she and Olivia are at the Children's Hosptial right now. Olivia is going into surgery this morning. She is 4 months old and they will have to put her completely out. If you could please keep them in your thoughts and prayers today. I will update when Randi calls.

yeah, it isn't all the way closed but closed enough that her pee just trickles out, and she probably has a bladder infection as well.

I will keep them in my thoughts. My youngest daughter had that same thing only the cream worked.

So Olivia is out of surgery she is doing great. throwing up a little but they say it is from the anesthia. The doctors told Randi that it was a complete adhesion and Randi says it looks way different now. They are already on their way home from the hospital.

he has hypospadias which is a problem with the opening of his penis. also his is bent. so when he is 9-10 months he is probably going to have to have surgery.

Thanks ladies : )

So her surgery was at 8am (we spent the night at Childrens last night) and she came back to me at around 10:30. We were discharged around 1pm and she seems to be doing good. A little sleepy, but she is no longer dribbling urine and she is not fussy at all. She is actually sleeping beside me right now.

Good luck Danese! I know it's far off,I don't think you can't help but be nervous. Even though this was a fairly simple procedure, I was still so scared because of the anesthetic. Karen had the same surgery done for Tyler that Charlie needs I think... She would probably be a great person to talk to.

Thanks! She is a completely different baby! Much more mellow and happy now, so it was obviously bothering her.

Still not leaking urine so that must've really been bothering her.

I am glad that things went well for her Randi. It is so scary to ahve your children put under :( Jeremiah had to have his tear ducts opened, and had to be put to sleep for it. It just broke my heart to send him into the doctors.
