I thought I was pregnant for 8 weeks. According to my Doc. And the u/s I will be more like 10-11 weeks. Now here is my question: I have noticed my boobs have grown a lot but no color changed as far as the areolas. I heard they suppose to get darkened. Is this normal, and when is it suppose to happen???

With my son my areolas never changed. I waited but they never got darker. My boobs also didn't start growing until almost then end of my pregnancy.
With my currant pregnancy again the areolas didn't darken until about the 5th months I want to say. But my boobs starting growing almost immediately it seemed. ↑ |

| Before today I hadn't noticed any difference in the color of my areolas. The texture had changed and my boobs were definitely bigger, but I didn't think they looked any different. However, when I got out of the shower this morning I saw that my nipples were definitely a LOT darker....I think it's probably a gradual thing that happens without you noticing it much until it's extremely different. I am 29 weeks, so maybe you should give it a couple of months. I doubt it's suppose to happen at any certain time. ↑ |
