First of all, I know none of you are doctors, and I'm going to go see one tomorrow, but I was wondering if any of you experienced any pain in early pregnancy. I took clomid, and am almost able to test for pregnancy. I've had sore breasts, nausea, vomiting, and fatigue, but also a very severe pain in my low abdomen. I have never had normal periods (only a couple a year) and never had PMS, so I couldn't really say if they were cramps or not. It happens usually after I've been laying down for a while, and has been waking me up in the middle of the night. Nothing makes the pain better or worse, but it usually subsides after 10 or 20 minutes. I am going to have a blood test done to confirm or deny pregnancy tomorrow, and I also don't think that it is a side effect of the clomid. I know clomid can cause cysts (which I already had), but the pain is different than the cyst pain i've had before.

I have the same pain right now, except for nausea, vomiting and fatigue... I have tender breasts and cramps. Last night I tried pregnancy test strip and the result was "pregnant". I also have irregular cycle (every 3 months)... tomorrow morning I am going to test again to see if I get the same result. If it is, then I am going to see a doctor to confirm. Are you trying to get pregnant? If you are, good luck to you!

How severe is the pain your feeling timmygirl? I've heard lots of people feel some moderate cramping, but not horrible pain.

hi nicole jones, the pain is sometimes mild to more than mild but I couldn't say it's severe because I guess I can still handle it. I just took another pregnancy test strip a few minutes ago and I have the same result "pregnant" or "positive... so I am going to the doctor soon to confirm... I am excited.

i had cramping early in pregnancy, my dr said as long as there wasn't bleeding and it was extremely severe, like the worst pain ever it was ok, b/c your body is kind of freaking out over the baby..and i've had cysts also, i have pcod so i am very sued to that pain as well...but also keep in mind that almost every woman will have a miscarriage in their life and ti will be so early alot of women don't even know they are pregnant..so be in very good communication with your Dr

I would call the doctor. Clomid can cause numerous babies. Also eptopic ones (stuck in the tubes).
