I awoke this morning to a strange man calling out Johnny.. (my brother-in-laws) name..apparently my husband left the door open and the guy let himself in because he was looking for Johnny cause he needed a ride.. yeah what the hell! I was already scared to sleep alone here ..well that doesnt help a thing! Ok then my phone starts ringing I check my voicemail to hear the news that a dear friend of mine (Jason) was killed in a car accident on the way to work this morning! He is the cousin of one of my bestfriends Amy and Tim! Jason had only been married for a very short time and his family is having a terrible time! I could not imagine losing my husband or child so the pain they are feeling is unimaginable to me! So after talking to Amy and calling to tell my mother about the accident (my mother worked with Jason's mother for many years).. I tried to continue on my day with the prior engagements I had made! So I am getting in the shower.. when I hear my husband yelling "Oh my god Karen he is bleeding" So I come running (naked) in the living room to see my son bleeding everywhere and my husband apologizing almost in tears.. apparently he feel asleep while watching him so I could get a shower! So admist my husbands panic attack and getting Tyler under some water so I can see the cut. I figure out that he some how snuck some light bulbs out of the utility room and decided to use them as a drum... causing him to cut his finger. Yeah.. its not even 12 yet! I get Tylers boo-boo cleaned up and doctored and FINALLY got to take a mini shower because after all this we were late! Met up with Sarah (my sister, Lana and Brandi) Got to the Pampered Chef party where the lady was late starting.. which aggravates me! But it was a nice time and they had some GREAT food! So then we went to my colleges homecoming game which my son LOVED! He had a great time! After that we stopped by my sisters for a bit and headed home! So yeah.. I think I will take a nap now! My sister is having a halloween party tonight but I am not sure if I can handle it! Hope everyone has a great day!
