| My sister is 36 weeks and some days she went to the dr yesterday and she is dilated to 1cm. I am excited to meet my little niece soon :) ↑ |

I didnt know you sister was pregnant too, that is so neat.
I feel like crap today I have been up all night because of it, walking only makes it worse. I still have one week of work left so hopefully is will settle down . I am peeing every 10 mins. ↑ |

| well if walking is not making it better then it could be real contractions. you should time them and drink some water to be sure that you are not getting them due to dehydration. Call the dr if they are timeable. My dr told me that if I get timeable contractions for more then 1hr to call and he can have me come in as long as they are open and hook me up to the monitor to see if ti is BH or labor. (I told him I didn't want to go to the hospital 3 times again for nothing LOL) ↑ |

well yesterday they were just soild braxton hicks contractions, and they only go bad when I would walk, I did call the health link and they told me to go to the hosptial, but I am like you I didnt want to go I hate to bother them. But me doctor appointment is in 45 min so I will know then.
the growing pains never end, but my little man is still moving tons so I read if it is contractions there movements slow down. ↑ |

| I was in the tub last night and I have been having this cramp in my lower back for months, but I can never crack my back on the right side. So i figured if put my right foot aganist the side of the tub and put my hand on my rt hip that I could use the pressure to crack my back. Well I grack that one spot that has been jurting for sooooo long. OMG it it was so loud and felt so goot at first, and then the pain set in! I was almost in tears it hurt so bad and the muscles around it were cramping! I guess I learned a lesson. If your body doesn't move that way on it's own then don't use small spaces to make it happen LOL ↑ |

| jill i have that pain especially when i lay down in the tub, right on my tail bone and spine where they meet, its the most pain i feel that is always constant. like its broken lol .. yeh i woke up a couple times in my sleep thinking okay img onna go pee, nope went in there and puked up stomach acid and went to bed again lol .. scott wanted me to go to the hospital this mornin b.c it wouldnt stop but i refused. :-\ im stubborn lol ↑ |
