I'm heading to our new home in England, don't think my username should be daisyusa anymore, but daisyuk, lol. I thought I would never see this day. My husband and I haven't seen each other in over 6 weeks! I hate flying, let alone with a 19 month old, but I can't wait to get there. We've managed to get the house furnsihed, most of it his family gave us. I even managed to get an old fashioned pram for Ethanael. It's new, but has the traditional English pram style, it even has a separate bassinet that can fit onto a stand in the house. I figure, if I have to walk 2 miles to the grocery store, may as well do in confort. I think I'll have to go through an adjustment with size on everything. Our house is tiny and our fridge is not much bigger than a dorm fridge. I'll be doing loads of walking!

Alexander will also have to walk to school, something we have been spoiled on, they only bus if you are more than 3 miles away. We're going to get him a bike to make it quicker. We're all looking forward to a new adventure. I only wish my mom was there. Thursday is going to be sad and happy.

I won't be on for a while after Thursday till we get all settled.

We are still hoping to get pregnant and offically stopped ttc back in mid December. And of course, we've had a 2 month break since, so who knows. Right now, I just want to get past my original due date of Feb 25. I feel like I should still be pregnant and just getting past that day and knowing that pregnancy due date is gone will just help. It's always in the back of my mind. Don't get me wrong, I fell ok and I'm happy, it's just hard to switch that one off. Thickhead I guess.

Ethanael is such a busy body these days, I can hardly keep up with him. He's too smart for his own good, but he's so funny. He keeps me in stitches. Oh, and he is obsessed with books! We read to him at night, but when he wakes up in the morning, that's the first thing he grabs. Then last night about 2 hours after I put him to bed, I heard thumping. Went up to check on him and he wasn't in his bed. Looked on my bed and there he was grinning ear to ear reading a book.........IN THE DARK! He doesn't sleep with a nightlight, so I'm not even sure how he managed to get up there and with a book. So I just tucked him back in. then when I went up to bed, there was a book laying on top of him. My goodness, he's nuts.

Ok, know I'm rambling. I really enjoy talking to you ladies. I try to move on from here but have felt I made a lot of good e-friends and I'd like to see you all go to the end and seeing all your babies.

Vane, Tasha, Logan, I'm so happy for you ladies and I know this is it for you all. All your dreams are coming true and I can't wait to see them with you. I have to admit there is a small pain in my heart that I'm not pregnant with you, but know that deep in my heart, I am celebrating with you.

So sorry this is long, I'm going before I use up all the space here.
Love ya all! God bless

aww daisy, you're bringing tears to my eyes!! = (

Dont worry about it, we've all learned that once you stop trying you fall pregnant. I was actually gonna wait til May to get preggers and look what happened, LOL.

i know what you mean about the due date thing. My 2 friends who were pregnant with me had their babies and i felt a little bit jealous. My due date was Feb. 14 and i found out i was pregnant 2 days later, so it WILL work out for you.

Hope everything goes well in England and hope to see you soon, daisyuk, hehe

DaisyUK :) Where ya gonna live? I was born there but moved to Canada when I was really young. The rest of our family still lives there tho (aunts/uncs, cousins, nana etc), but I only get back about once every 7-8 years now :( I hope your flight goes well and you arrive safe and sound. Look forward to seeing you post again sometime soonish. Good luck!!!

We'll be living in Leicestershire. What area are you from? I love it over there, it's beautiful and the history is amazing. 7-8 years is long time span, but it's not cheap to fly a whole family. I'd love to visit Canada, it's looks beautiful as well. Hopefully, we'll get to travel a bit more with better vacation time over there and they have cheap holiday travel specials too.

Thanks for the well-wishes. Coart, you're such a sweetie and full of such amazing strength.

Vane, that's just an eyelash in your eye, you just have to get it out and make a wish........that your baby may be as crazy as mine ;)
