I vomitted in labour.. and just cos you haven't been sick during the pregnancy wont mean that you wont be sick during labour.. I vomitted from the air and gas... Some women who end up having emergancy c-sections or epi's end up throwing up cos of it.. some people throw up from the pain and some people dont throw up at all... I guess you will just have to wait and see.. I hope I dont get sick this time.. but to tell you the truth I didnt even care I was sick.. I hardly even remember being sick!...

Some of my relations vomitted during some of their labours and with the others didn't. Good luck.

I vommitted during labour its because the pain is so intense it makes you vomit. Honestley when your in the moment the vommiting wont bother you, you will just want the pain to stop.

I threw up the whole pregnancy and labor was no exception. I threw up constantly during but like I said that was a normal day for me. We were actually calling our baby Ralph Upchuck.
Definitely dont worry about it. Like Rachtwins said that will be the least of your worries that day. That much I can promise you!

when i had my son i didn't vomit at all, no sickness and not while labor. now, with this one, i've vomited everyday, i can't keep nothing down...everything i eat i puke up. last night after work i brought home a grilled chicken to eat and right after i ate that i ran to the bathroom and puked it all up...and peed myself...i think i'm pulling a coartney...lol...(i know extcally how she felt...it sucks a big one).

i vomitted throughout my labor, during my c section and during the first 24 hours of my recovery. it sounds funny, but it felt GOOD to vomit while in labor. vomitting during the c section hurt because you tense up your abdominal muscles and at the time of a c section your ab muscles are being played with lol. and it sucked during the recovery because i would be holding my newborn daughter for all of 30 seconds before i would yell 'someone take her! im gonna hurl!'

but back to the point. when you're in labor, you simply stop caring. really. you do lol. i had about 20 different nurses checking me for dialation during my labor. do you know how many people saw my snatch in that 12 hour period??? do i care?? no, because i was in labor! my best advice to you is don't worry about labor. there's no point. it's just going to take its course and there's nothing you can do about how your labor turns out. good luck.

I vomited before and after, but the good thing about it was that it wasn't like I felt nauseaus for a long time and then threw up. One second I was fine and the next I was puking and then it was over. So for me - what I hate about puking is the feeling nauseaus and trying not to throw up, but it wasn't like that if that makes sense lol!

I was one of the lucky ones -- only got sick once during my pregnancy, and I didn't during labor. I was more worried about pooping while I was trying to push her out, but I didn't do that either!

I didn't. I felt like I might right before the epidural - but it was just a gag. lol.

i was throwing up from the medications and epidurals. it has NOTHING to do with your pregnancy, plus some women get sick from the pain, and from pushing. i threw up 7 times.
